The Sankofa Legacy Program (SLP) consists of a 3-tiered Community mental health approach to positive
community reintegration, cultural awareness and Holistic health for individuals and their families. SLP
services offers individual counselling, Youth based Group workshops, Community Consultation and
Capacity building supports around Anti-black racism as well as The Sankofa Cultural Assessment Report
(S.C.A.R.) for youth and their Families going through the youth Justice system.
