What types of therapy services do you offer?+

We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Our therapists specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, racial stress, relationship issues, and life transitions.

Are your therapists licensed and registered?+

Yes. All our therapists are registered with their respective regulatory colleges, such as the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

Do you offer virtual or in‑person therapy sessions?+

We offer both in‑person sessions and virtual sessions. We meet clients  in Community- We arrange to meet you where you are! ( With a risk and safety assessment in place). Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure, confidential platform.

How much does a session cost, and is therapy covered by insurance?+

Session fees vary by therapist and length of session. Many extended health insurance plans in Ontario cover psychotherapy services. We encourage clients to check with their provider to confirm coverage.

Do you offer therapy for Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) clients?+

Yes. Our team includes culturally competent therapists who understand the unique experiences and challenges faced by BIPOC clients. We are committed to offering an inclusive and affirming space.

How do I know which therapist is the right fit for me?+

You can browse our therapist profiles on our website. We also offer free 15‑minute consultations to help you find a therapist whose approach aligns with your needs and goals.

Is therapy confidential?+

Absolutely. Everything discussed in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions (such as risk of harm). We adhere to strict confidentiality standards to protect your privacy.
